Shane Troyer

I’m Shane Troyer. With over two decades in risk management, regulatory compliance, and forensic services, I’ve focused on steering organizations through complex situations towards resilience. My experience spans developing and assessing internal control frameworks for large public companies with global operations, to assisting private and public organizations mature their governance and risk assurance practices, to conducting forensic investigations informing criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. 

As a natural extension to Board and leadership teams, I bring broad experience in all aspects of operational and financial risk management including third party risk assurance, fraud risk management, cyber security, and ESG.    

Before founding Citadel Point, my journey included leading the risk and forensic services practice in Western Canada as a Partner with Grant Thornton, as well as management roles in the advisory practices of Deloitte and PwC.
